This lake is located around 7 miles away from the main canyon road, but worth the trip. The wildflowers in mid- July are breathtaking. Limber Pine Trail is an easy trail to this giant tree. It is actually concerning 7 trees that grew together, but still remarkable. The route is gorgeous and even has a Bear Lake overlook.
Among the factors we take this path so frequently is to reach Bear Lake. If you make it to Limber Pine Trail, you're only a few minutes from bright blue Bear Lake.
Don't miss Logan National Scenic Byway, specifically when loss colors are on display. At the byway summit, you can see an amazing view of blue-green Bear Lake.
